Nora Kerrich | Project Coordinator
Nora Kerrich is the project coordinator for the People's Media Collection project, you'll find her facilitating video production workshops and drop-in hours at West Oak Lane and Northeast Regional libraries. She has a background in education, film making and qualitative research. She enjoys long, slow, boring movies: documentary, narrative, and experimental. The best part of teaching people to make videos is when they realize the audio and visuals are all in their hands and under their control.
Steffany El Barouki | Tech Ambassador, Northeast Regional
Steffany, a native of Bogota, Colombia enjoys drinking coffee in the morning with her husband and producing a local bilingual show called Atrevete on PhillyCAM. She's passionate about teaching latino professionals how to work the cameras and most recently how to edit on Adobe Premiere. With her extensive outreach and social media background, she hopes to bring attention to the residents of the Northeast community and make them realize that you are never too old or too young to learn how to edit and produce their own content for TV. Steffany is excited about educating people how to intentionally use the resources that are available at their fingertips (phones & tablets) to produce meaningful messages and stories.
